The principals of the firm are experienced trial attorneys who collectively have over 30 years experience defending corporations, insurance companies & their business clients, and individuals in complex legal matters throughout California.
Civil litigation on behalf of the sophisticated client requires more than a thorough knowledge of the substantive and procedural law. The evaluation of liability, disputes, claims and damage issues requires knowledge gained from trying lawsuits. Our attorneys have successes in many cases for local and national clients in many different fields, including professional liability, transportation law, premises liability, general negligence and litigation advocacy for individuals and businesses. We offer complimentary initial consultations.
We take pride in our close client relationships and this trust enables us to have a genuine understanding of the best approach to meet a client's objective. Representation of our clients in civil litigation matters always begin with our civil litigation attorneys independently investigating and assessing our client’s claims, complaints and/or defenses. We also evaluate our client's rights, privileges, duties, reservations and obligations, and give our client’s our honest opinion of chances of successful litigation based on the applicable law. We have earned a strong reputation for quality representation at all stages of civil litigation: negotiations, alternative dispute resolution, trial and appeal. We are large enough to marshal the resources for high-stakes lawsuits, yet we are committed to close, personal attention to each client.
The philosophy of the firm has always been to aggressively defend its clients and negotiate from a position of strength, knowing that the opposing side will view the option of trying the case as an unwelcome alternative to settlement. The firm is able to provide the individualized, superior service required by our clients in all types of insurance and business lawsuits.
